Additions:
I really don't understand how Mr. Ruby and/or Mrs. Ruby can sell these delightful bowls of rice, veggies (or meat, if you're into that) and sauce for only $7-9 apiece. They purport to use organic ingredients and the whole shebang. How is this possible? Not that I'm complaining; quite the contrary. Ruby's also serves Leavenworth's awesomely-named Whistling Pig Wheat beer. But here's the capper: they offer an insanely great breakfast deal through 5pm every day -- omelet, hash browns, coffee and a drink (either a bloody mary or a mimosa) for $9.95. Gosh golly! We love you, Ruby!

Due to ignorance that was only recently cured, I haven't tried their breakfast yet, but this will be corrected post-haste over some upcoming weekend. Note that Ruby's also serves Leavenworth's awesomely-named Whistling Pig Wheat beer which fortunately is also very tasty.
