Blue C Sushi is ridiculously cool; the kind of place you'd expect to find in London, it features a conveyor belt that wraps around the dining room, delivering fresh sushi, salads, drinks and other goodies directly to one's table. You'll also find a huge video wall and sensible, "modern" interior decoration. Not only that, the flexibility of their sushi-serving system means it is very easy to have a quick, light, healthy meal -- cheap! Look for the glowing blue storefront as you drive down the 45th Street bridge.
