Atlas Foods has great food and drinks, to be sure. But the real reason why they made the SeattleEats list is their Happy Hour -- almost everything is $2! During Happy Hour you can have a beer and eat a decent meal for way under $10. It's ridiculously cheap and ridiculously tasty. Plus, the bill you get is sure to enduce chuckles because it lists "happy beer", "happy salad", "happy cheese fries", etc. And it's true: Atlas will make you happy.
